Engagements run on a monthly basis with a 30-day notice period. There is no lock-in. The expectation on both sides is that the engagement continues as long as it is producing measurable outcomes. Most clients stay well beyond the initial 90-day onboarding period because the results justify it.
The first 30 days are focused entirely on foundation. You receive a welcome pack and system access, we run a full kickoff session to map your current state and targets, and the technology audit commences. No advice is given before the full picture is understood. The goal is to finish the first month with a clear baseline and a working plan, not a generic framework applied to your business.
Yes. Tier changes happen with 30 days notice and are structured so that nothing built in a lower tier is lost when you move up. Most clients start at Growth Advisory and move to Implementation Partner once the recruitment system is running and they are ready to tackle technology and operational improvements. The tiers are designed to stack, not restart.
Yes. Colab is a national practice. All strategy sessions run via video and the systems, tools and methodology are not state-specific. Clients are currently active in NSW, QLD and VIC. There is no geographic restriction on new engagements.
The Colab Academy provides structured self-paced learning for those who prefer to start with independent study. The advisory platform is for principals who want an active partner. Many clients start with the Academy and move to an advisory engagement once they have seen the methodology in action and are ready to implement it with direct support.
